Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 300F. Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans and mix well. Mix remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.. Add pecans and mix well. Pour pecans onto 15x10 inch jelly roll pan covered with release foil or parchment. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
