Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 6 slices bread
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 3/4 cup green pepper
- 3/4 cup mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage, drain and cool. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard together. Tear bread into small pieces and fold into egg mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir and leave at room temperature for 1/2 hour before baking. Uncover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
