Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed Sweet Potatoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup canned milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- FOR THE TOPPING
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 cups chopped NC Pecans

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix sugar, flour, butter, then add pecans
2. In a mixing bowl, mash potatoes. Add sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, spice and butter. Beat until smooth. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with topping mixture and bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
