  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups sliced peaches, sweetened to taste

Step 1

Melt margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Combine milk, flour and sugar and mix thoroughly; add to the melted margarine. Add peaches and do not stir. Bake at 375 degree for approximately 40 minutes or until browned. Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired. (canned or frozen peaches may be substituted for fresh.).
