Mud Pie

Ingredients

• 21 Oreo Cookies
• Coffee Ice Cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 t. Flour
• 3 t. Cocoa
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 t. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Crush oreos. Press oreos and 1/2 stick of melted margarine to form a crust in a greased pie plate.

Add coffee ice cream (let harden before adding chocolate sauce).

Cook chocolate sauce ahead of time and have cold before putting on pie.

Chocolate Sauce:
Mix dry ingredients and add milk. Cook over low heat add ½ stick margarine and vanilla as cooking. Cook until thickened. Store in refrigerator.
