Holiday Heaven Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box white cake mix
• 3/4 c wesson oil
• 3/4 c apricot nector
• 4 eggs
• 1 t lemon flavor
• 1 t butter flavor
• Glaze
• Powered lemonade mix
• Water
• Yellow food coloring
• 1 box powered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, pour into greased, floured bundt pan or two loaf pans and bake at 350 degree for 35-40 min or until lightly browned. Cool for 10-15 min. and remove to plate.

Instruction for glaze: Add enough water to box of powdered sugar to make icing consistency, add a few drops of food coloring and approximately ¼ c lemonade mix. Pour over cake when completely cooled.
