Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups fresh sliced apples
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Topping:
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup butter

Step 1
Filling:
In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Add apples, water and lemon juice; toss lightly. Place mixture in 9-inch pie pan.
Topping:
Combine flour, brown sugar and oats. Cut in butter. Sprinkle over apples and bake for 25 minute.s Serve with ice cream.
