Preparation
Step 1
Coat 15" x 12" baking sheet with cooking spray. In bowl combine roll mix, yeast packet (from mix), 2 Tablespoon granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir in milk, 1 egg and 2 Tablespoons butter until dough forms. On lightly floured surface knead dough until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap; let rest 5 minutes. Combine pecans, brown sugar, cranberries, and remaining granulated sugar and cinnamon. Melt remaining butter. On lightly floured surface roll out dough to 16" x 12" rectangle. Brush with butter; sprinkle with pecan mixture. Starting with long side roll up dough; cut into 11 (1 1/2" thick) slices. On baking sheet arrange slices cut-side up in tree shape. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Remove; let stand at room temperature until doubled, 30-40 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly beat remaining egg; brush over tree. Bake 18 minutes or until golden.
Combine confectioners' sugar with enough milk until pourable. Drizzle over buns. Sprinkle with jimmies.
