- 2 heads broccoli, chopped
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- Dressing:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- sea salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Dressing:
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
Mix thoroughly
Add salt and pepper to taste
Chill
Salad:
Finely chop broccoli (remove stems), apple, onion and walnuts
Combine in a medium sized bowl
Grate carrot into chopped mixture
Add cranberries
Mix in dressing
Serve or let chill for 30 minutes
