Ingredients
- 2 (21 oz) cans of premium strawberry pie filling (I used Lucky Leaf)
- 2 packages store-bought pie crusts (refrigerated or frozen (thawed))

Preparation
Step 1
Place one of the pie crusts on top of another one, then roll out with a rolling pin a little larger than a 15x10 jellyroll pan; press dough into bottom and up sides of the pan. Top with the pie filling (you may not need all the sauce).
Repeat process with the other two crusts for topping the pie. Use as a solid crust or cut dough, as desired, for decorative and place over the filling.
Bake in a preheated 375° F. oven for 35-45 minutes. Cool completely, then top with whipped cream.
