Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
In a bowl, toss to coat Brussels Sprouts in remaining ingredients. Place on baking sheet. Roast at 400F for 25-35 minutes or until nicely browned and tender.
