Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups white flour
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted, melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Lightly coat muffin tin with cooking spray, olive oil or paper liners
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, excluding the blueberries
Mix until smooth
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries
Divide the batter between the cups
Place in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes (until golden brown)
Let muffins cool in the pan for 10 minutes before moving to a cooling rack
