Ingredients
- Puff pastry
- 2 tbs melted butter
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbs flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8 cups peeled sliced apples

Preparation
Step 1
Take 1 sheet of puff pastry brush with butter and add cinnamon. Roll into log. Cut into 1/2inch slices. Line baking dish with slices. Press down to attach. Brush with egg wash then add apples.
Take second sheet and do the same as first sheet. Place on parchment and roll out into a sheet to cover the apples. Place over apples and seal the sides. Brush with egg wash and poke a few holes on top. Bake till browned. About 30-40 minutes.
