5 potatoes
1 egg
1.8 oz butter
1.8 oz Parmesan
Salt and pepper
Mash well

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients mash well. Put in to pastry bag. Make flowers on parchment paper cut up some ham or bacon and cheese and put in Centre. And Parmesan on top and bake till cheese melts.
