Ingredients

  • 4 C V8 juice
  • 1 packet plain gelatin
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 C chopped celery
  • 1/2 lb. small pink shrimp
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • Tobasco (according to your taste…I probably added about 1/2 to 3/4 T
  • 2 small packages Lemon Jello

Preparation

Step 1

1. Dissolve gelatin in hot V-8 juice
2. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tobasco
3. Add Lemon Jello, stir to mix all
4. Add celery and shrimp
5. Put in mold or covered container and chill.

I chilled overnight as it was not firmed up after about 6 hours. Overnight and it was perfect.
