Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 stick melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Place in ungreased baking dish. Top with topping. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
Note: I do NOT use butter in the topping- just crushed up flakes or breadcrumbs.
