Sweet and Salty White Chocolate Popcorn

• 5 cups popped popcorn
• 1 11 ounce white chocolate
• 1 Tablespoon shortening
• 1 cup M&M's
• 1 cup mini pretzels (broken up but not crushed)
• 1/2 cup salted peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Pour popped popcorn into large bowl
Mix in M&M;s, pretzels and peanuts (mix gently but thoroughly)
Spread mixture onto large jelly roll pan (baking sheet)
Add white chocolate and shortening into microwave safe bowl
Microwave for 45 seconds and check.
Repeat at 25 second intervals until chocolate and shortening are melted and smooth
Drizzle chocolate mixture over dry ingredients
Let cool and enjoy
