- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almonds, crushed
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 6 cups low-fat, plain Greek yogurt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix oats, almonds, cinnamon and coconut oil in a bowl
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread oat mixture onto baking sheet
Bake for 10 minutes
Stir mixture and bake for an additional 10 minutes
Remove mixture from oven and let cool completely
In a container, layer yogurt, berries and cooled oat mixture until the container is full
