Step 1
Place fillets in a single layer in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch pan. Stir together cheese and next 6 ingredients; spread over fillets.
Broil 6 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 10 minutes or until lightly browned and fish flakes with a fork.
