Fresh Citrus-Garlic Marinade

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 3 Tablespoons honey
• 5 garlic cloves, pressed
• 2 Tablespoons dry white wine
• 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

Combine all ingredients. Marinate fish 1 hour or chicken 2 hours in the refrigerator.
