- 1/4 CUP FLOUR
- 1 BEATEN EGG
- 1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS

MIX ALL HERBS TOGETHER. ROLL BUTTER CUBE INTO MIXTURE, LAY ON EACH BRST.
FRY UNTIL BROWNED ALL SIDES.
BAKE 350 OVEN 20 MIN. THERMOMETER 165 DEGREES.
