Ingredients
- 3 lbs yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed into one inch or so pieces
- 3 cloves of garlic peeled (more if desired)
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup light butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Put potatoes, garlic and stock in slow cooker. Dab on butter. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or until potatoes are soft.
Add salt and pepper and mash.
