- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry sherry or orange juice
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 (3/4-lb) pork tenderloins

Step 1
Combine soy sauce and next 4 ingredients in a large heavy-duty ziplock plastic bag; add pork. Seal and chill 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade.
Grill, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400 to 500 degrees) 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160 degrees.
