Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2/3 cup water
- 12 to 14 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
brown beef and onions together drain
stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes
break spaghetti into quarters ad cook according to package drain
add spaghetti to sauce mixture
melt butter in a saucepan
stir in flour and salt
add evaporated milk and water
cook over medium heat until thickened stirring constantly
add 1 cup cheese and stir until melted
spread half spaghetti mixture in pan
top with all the cheese sauce
top that with remained of spaghetti
sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese
bake 350* 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly
