Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 6-7 Tbsp. lemon juice (more or less for desired tartness)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Mix together butter, flour and powdered sugar, then press into a 9x13 pan, halfway up the sides, to form crust. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until golden. Combine remaining ingredients using an electric mixer. Pour into baked crust and bake for 25 minutes at 350. When cool, sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top.
