Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup parmigiana reggiano
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/3 pint heavy cream (1 cup)
- red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter
Add vodka and let vodka burnoff 2-3 minutes
Add tomatoes, mix well
Add heavy cream, cheese and pepper
put on lid, lower heat and stir every now and then, cook for 20 minutes
serve with rigatoni
Serves 4 as a meal or 6 as a side
Note-If making a double bathc, make twice-the vodka needs to burn off
