Ingredients

- Thin cut top round sirloin ( pound it thinner)
- Coat with
- Stone ground mustard
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Dill pickle
- Onion
- Carrot
- Bacon

Preparation
Step 1
Roll up and secure with tooth pick or I use metal picks I found for Turkeys.
Brown and add beef broth I use about 2 cups and make a gravy out of it.
Cook high pressure 30 min 10 min natural release then quick.
Strain liquid and thicken for gravy.
