  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temp
  • 1/2 C Butter, Set out for JUST 30 minutes before use
  • 2 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cream or Milk as needed

Step 1

Beat butter and cream cheese just until combined. Add sugar cup at a time, then vanilla. Add milk if needed to thin.

Over mixing makes it softer
more sugar = softer

**This only makes enough for about 20 cupcakes!
