- BREAD 1 SLICE
- RED PEPPER 1/4
- GREEN PEPPER 1/4
- HAM 1 SLICE
- EGG 1
- GRATED CHEESE

Preparation
Step 1
Using a knife, gently remove the crust of the slice of bread in a block. Keep the center and crust.
Cut peppers and ham into small cubes.
Cook the peppers and ham in the pan with a drizzle of oil.
When the peppers are cooked, form a small pile in the center of the pan and place the crust of the slice of bread around.
Pour a beaten egg in the center and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place the crumb over and let the omelette take a few minutes.
Gently turn the bread and let it cook for a few more minutes on the other side.
Enjoy hot.
Make all cooking on low heat. It's better to cook for a few extra minutes than to have a toast!
