- 2 cans mexi-corn
- 1 pkg. Manhatma yellow rice
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sharp cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions. Add butter. Stir to melt. Add corn and soup. Grate 1 cup cheese and combine with rice and soup mixture.
Bake at 3050 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with more cheese and paprika for color.
