Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz. bag frozen peas, thawed
- 5-6 slices bacon, crumbled
- 1-2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 small Walla Walla onion, diced
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- Dill weed to taste

Step 1
Thaw, rinse and drain peas. Combine mayo, sour cream, sugar, dill week nad mix. In a bowl, combine crumbled bacon, celery, onion and cadhews. Pour dressing into bowl and mix. Gently add peas.
Best to let sit few hours before serving.
