Ingredients
- Sweet and Sour Sauce:
- 1 pkg ground turkey or pork
- 1/2 pkg bacon (sliced fine or grind
- 1 small onion diced or sliced fine
- 4 carrots, sliced or ground fine
- 1 whole egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch (dissolve in water)
- 1/2 cup catsup
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except wrappers
Separate the egg rolls and roll portion of the mixture according to size you desire.
Pre heat a deep pan, pour oil, pre-heat the oil (veg.,canola) then deep fry the rolls.
When rolls are brown, (8-10 min) drain on paper towels.
If you have a deep fryer fry for 2-3 min
For Sauce:
Mix all ingredients and cook over low heat
