Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut in small florets
- 4 oz fat free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup almond milk (I use Fat Free Milk)
- 2 cups low fat cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F
In large pot of boiling water cook cauliflower for 5 min until semi-soft - add to baking dish
In a separate small pot on med-high, whisk together milk and cream cheese
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of cheese, garlic powder and pepper
Pour cheese mixture over cauliflower and mix well
Top with remaining cheese
Bake 10 minutes
