  • 20 Fingerling Potatoes
  • 20 thin strips, Pastrami
  • 4 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard
  • 4 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Onion Soup Mix

Step 1

Boil potatoes for 6-8 minutes
Preheat oven to 400.
Wrap pastrami around each potato.
Pour glaze over potatoes.
Bake for 30 min or until soft.
