Ingredients
- 12 eggs separated
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 cup rum
- 6 cups milk
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
• Beat 12 egg yolks until lemon colored. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1 cup brandy. Set in fridge for 2-3 hours.
• Beat egg whites stiff and add 1/4th cup sugar and 1 cup rum.
• Combine egg whites and yellows, add 6 cups milk and 2 cups whipping cream. Mix with spoon.
• Let sit for 1/2 hour and serve with nutmeg sprinkled on top.
