Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 4 T sugar
- 2 t. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups pecan ( finely chopped)
- 2 bags powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Turn oven to 350
1. Combine butter, sugar, and vanilla and beat in mixture until creamy.
2. add flour and pecans and mix together.
3. Chill dough in refrigerator for at least an hour
4. roll into small balls (the cookies will get 1/3 bigger, so keep them small so they can be eaten in one bite) and place on cookie sheet equally apart.
5. bake for 15-17 min
6. roll in powder sugar while still warm set on cooling racks to finish cooling
7. after they have cooled roll again in powder sugar
