Spinach and Bacon Quiche 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. baby spinach, chopped and packed
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 c. swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 - 9 " pie crust

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Whisk together vigorously eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Layer spinach, bacon and cheese in bottom of the pie crust and then pour egg mixture on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes until egg mixture is set. Cut into 8 wedges.
