Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup dried parsley
- 1/4 cup dried minced onion
- 3/4 teaspoon dried dill

Step 1
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and yogurt. Add the garlic and mix. Stir in the soy sauce and water chestnuts, then the spinach, parsley, onion, and dill, and mix thoroughly. Cover the dip and refrigerate until ready to serve.
