Ingredients
- 1/4 English hothouse cucumber diced (abt 1 cup)
- 1 mango peeled, diced
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons thinly-sliced fresh mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons honey
Preparation
Step 1
Toss all ingredients in medium bowl to combine. (Raita can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
This recipe yields about 2 cups.
