  • 1/4 English hothouse cucumber diced (abt 1 cup)
  • 1 mango peeled, diced
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons thinly-sliced fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Step 1

Toss all ingredients in medium bowl to combine. (Raita can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)

This recipe yields about 2 cups.
