  • 8 baking potatoes, boiled with skins
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 cup corn flakes

Preparation

Step 1

1. Peel and grate potatoes with coarse grater in 7x11 Pyrex dish. Melt butter add soup, sour cream, cheese and onions. Mix well. Bake 350 F for 30 mins. Season corn flakes with 1/2 stick melted butter and top the casserole. Bake till brown.
