Ingredients
- Optional:
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, diced
- 1 1/2 C Lettuce, Shredded
- 1/2 pkg Taco seasoning
- 8 oz. Sour Cream
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 Shredded Mexican Cheese
- 1 8 oz. Bottle Taco Sauce
- 4 oz. Sour Cream

Preparation
Step 1
Brown and drain hamburger.
Add in 1/3 c water to skillet along with hamburger.
Stir in half bottle of Taco Sauce, bring to a boil and remove from heat
Or you can also just add taco seasoning and a little water and sauce to meat instead.
In a large bowl mix together 4 oz. (half of a 8 oz. sour cream container) along with remaining bottle of taco sauce.
Or you can use 8 oz cream cheese with 8 oz sour cream and 1/2 pkg taco seasoning for bottom layer instead.
Spread sour cream/cream cheese mixture into the bottom of a 8×8 or 9×9 pan.
Next layer with lettuce, tomato, hamburger and cheese.
Serve with your favorite tortilla style chips.
