Ingredients
- 1 rack of Baby Back pork ribs
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp each: Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 C water
- 1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/2 C BBQ Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Remove the lining from the bottom side of the ribs by running a butter knife under the skin and then use a paper towel to grip & remove completely.
2. Combine the brown sugar, chili powder, parsley, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder & cayenne pepper in s small dish and rub over the ribs.
3. Place the rack in the IP and place the ribs inside the pot, standing on their side curving with the pot. Pour in the water, AC Vinegar, and liquid smoke, be careful not to wash off any of the seasonings.
4. Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed. Press the MEAT button and set to 25min. Let the pressure naturally release for 10min, then quick release all the way.
5. Carefully remove the ribs from the IP and set on a foil lined baking sheet. Brush down the ribs with your favorite BBQ Sauce, and pop under the broiler for 5min, but keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. ENjoy
