Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 white cake mix
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1-8 oz sour cream
- 1 8-1/2 oz can cream of coconut
- Frosting:
- 1 # powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can angel flake coconut
- 2 TBS milk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
1. Grease and flour round cake pans. Oven 350 degrees
2. Mix all cake ingredients together until well-blended. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 30".
3. Cool 10" in pan and then remove from pans and finish cooling on cooling racks.
Frosting:
1. Blend powdered sugar into softened cream cheese. Gradually add milk and vanilla and mix until well-blended. Frost cake and sprinkle w/ coconut.
