Ingredients
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 tsp The Ladies House Seasoning
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 TBSP all purpose flour
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup 2% evaporated milk
- 2 TBSP dry white wine
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Season the chicken with 1/4 tsp house seasoning, add to the skillet and cook until golden, about 2 minutes per side. Set chicken aside on a plate.
Add the onion to the skillet, reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, about 7 - 8 minutes. Sprinkle the flour over the onions and stir for a minute to incorporate. Add the chicken broth, milk, wine, thyme and remaining 1/4 tsp house seasoning. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Cover and reduce heat to medium low and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
