Ingredients
- sauce:
- 3 c. egg whites- scrambled
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 1/2 log of sausage- cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c milk

Preparation
Step 1
mix sauce in oven proof casserole dish. add cooked egg whites, canned mushrooms and cooked sausage. Mix carefully.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
In morning, preheat oven to 250 degrees and cook egg dish for 50 minutes.
