  • 2-4 avocados
  • 1 c cocoa powder
  • 1 c agave syrup (you can use another sweetener, if you choose)
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of vanilla
  • A bunch of berries

Preparation

Step 1

Throw the avocado flesh into a blender or food processor, and blend until creamy smooth. It’ll take a little bit, but you’ll know when it’s there.

Scrape down the sides as needed. When it’s all creamy, add in the cocoa and agave. It’s going to come down to personal taste, I used 4 avocados and about a cup each of the cocoa and agave, but you might want yours sweeter. I’d say keep adding the cocoa until it looks like it’s the right color, a nice deep, dark color, and then add agave until it tastes just right.
