Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9-inch square pan or ovenproof dish.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well blended. Scrape into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes. Cut into 9 squares.
