Ingredients

  • 1 baquette, cut in 1/4 inch thick slices
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. crumbled gorgonzola
  • 2 15 oz. cans sliced pears in juice, drained
  • 1/2 c. candied pecans, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. finely chopped parsley

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly brush 1 side of each baguette with olive oil. Place on baking sheet & toast 5-7 min., or until just brown. Let cool.
In small bowl, combine cheeses, stirring until well mixed. spread toasts with mixture. Top with pear slices & pecans. sprinkle with parsley.
