  • 1 cup Karo® light corn syrup
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies

Step 1

1. Combine corn syrup and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and butterscotch chips until melted and smooth. Stir in cereal. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish and press into an even layer.

2. Place white chocolate chips in a medium bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Cook, stirring constantly until melted and smooth, about 1 minute. Pour over cereal mixture; spread evenly. Sprinkle with crushed candies. Let stand until firm, about 45 minutes. Cut into 24 bars.
